Practice Site: Twyford Veterinary Clinic (Active Vetcare) Twyford Veterinary Clinic (Active Vetcare) Job Title: Small Animal Vet Location: Twyford Veterinary Clinic, Twyford, Berkshire We are looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon, with at least 2-years' experience, to join our thriving, well-established 3-vet practice in the beautiful village of Twyford. The role has become available due to career progression of one of our vets and expansion of the team. We are looking for someone who is wishing to extend their surgical and medicine skills and needs to be able to work sole charge sometimes. You will also benefit from working with an Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology. Twyford benefits from beautiful surrounding countryside, with fast train links to London and Reading and is close to Henley-on-Thames. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care to our patients and clients, and encourage certificates within our team. We also have access to other certificate holders, within our practice group, including ophthalmology and surgery. The practice holds the Silver award for the ISFM Feline Friendly Practice scheme. Practice facilities include 3-probe ultrasound, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, fully equipped theatre, separate dog and cat wards and waiting areas. We also have wonderful, supportive, nurse and reception teams Our rota allows for a good work-life balance, with a 1 in 4 Saturday mornings and no OOH.
