Business Delivery
1. Work towards maximizing brand matrix to support delivery of volume and value AOP
2. Granular planning of product wise/geography wise support
Lead brand transition
3. Planning & Execution of corporate brand transition
4. Defining Consumer Brand Strategy & Architecture
Brand Health Score Delivery
5. For Corporate Brand & each Hero brand define the brand elements & communication strategy
6. Deliver consumer proposition on each brand via communication and activation
Media strategy & Execution
7. Balance Awareness & conversion KPI
8. Create long term properties & associations
9. Mange relationship with Media agency
Brand ambassador management
10. Mange relationships with the relevant Ambassador to ensure delivery of Brand objectives
People and organization development
11. Work with multiple stakeholders in ANIl & JSW deliver on business & brand objectives
12. Mentor and groom team for future roles
