Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit learning support assistants in Bristol. We have several opportunities in multiple schools across the area. The ideal candidates are people who are enthusiastic, hard-working, supportive and want to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people.
The successful applicant will have:
* a sound understanding of Secondary Education
* excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
* confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
* experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
* experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1
* a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
