Delivery Manager
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Concerto (Part of Bellrock Group) is seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects. The role involves managing resource capacity and scheduling, overseeing project management and reporting, mitigating risks, and conducting financial forecasting to track revenue against budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct onboarding consultants responsible for end-to-end delivery of onboarding projects.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Manage team capacity and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.
5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project and revenue risks.
6. Act as the escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
7. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to forecast project revenue.
8. Track project budgets, billing milestones, and profitability.
9. Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
11. Drive process improvements and delivery best practices.
12. Contribute to the evolution of Concerto’s delivery methodology.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager within a SaaS or technology environment.
2. Strong understanding of facilities management or property/asset management domains is a plus.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
5. Proficiency in Hubspot CRM.
6. Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and budget tracking.
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Certifications such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI-PMP are desirable.
Working Arrangements
