The Role
* Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on specialism
* Delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons
* Supporting pupils with investigations and exam preparation
* Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to improve progress
* Contributing to collaborative departmental planning
* Supporting enrichment activities and STEM initiatives
* Maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and organisation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in a Science discipline
* Experience teaching Science at secondary level
* Strong classroom management and practical teaching skills
* High expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour
* A collaborative and professional approach
