THE PAID SEARCH MANAGER ROLE
~ Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs within budget, continuously test, monitor, and adjust spend, targeting, and creatives for maximum impact and implement strategies to balance cost-effectiveness with sales growth.
~ Performance Analysis & Reporting -Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, monitor and manage cost of sale to ensure profitability across different regions and provide detailed reports on budget utilisation and make necessary adjustments.
~ Strategic Collaboration - Work closely with ecommerce, buying, commercial, finance, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, partner with creative and design teams to ensure best practices in paid media campaigns, develop and refine traffic-driving tactics across paid social, search, display, ATL, and emerging channels.
~ PAID SEARCH MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Skilled in interpreting large data sets to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to track, report, and act on key marketing KPIs.
Deep understanding of various digital channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics to maximise campaign effectiveness.
