If so, an exciting opening has arisen for a Taxi Marshal / Parking Patrol Officer to join our Network Rail team based in Bristol. The aim of the role is to provide security patrols, ensure the smooth operation of the taxi rank, resolve customer concerns and maintain the company standards of quality, cleanliness and safety.
What you will do:
- You will monitor traffic flow to ensure the smooth running of the taxi rank operation, ensuring all taxi drivers have valid permits to operate.
- You will ensure permitted Taxis adhere to the Taxi Rank terms and conditions of use.
- You will report all Breaches of Taxi Terms and Conditions, using the correct process.
- You will be a Host and primary point of contact whilst assisting customers / passengers who may require assistance
- You will minimise congestion at the Taxi Rank and drop off area
- You will conduct security patrols in line with client instructions
- You will provide a high standard of customer service for all car park users
- You will undertake foot patrols of the car park
- You will monitor, deter and report criminal doings
- You will ensure Parking Enforcement is correctly reported and recorded.
