Must Haves
Proven experience in IBA operations, ideally within the Lloyds or London Market
Strong understanding of FCA, CASS, and regulatory compliance
Team management and leadership experience
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with market-facing finance systems
Track record of driving continuous improvement in operational processes
Comfortable presenting reporting and MI to senior management

So what will you be doing?
Supporting the Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting
Leading teams in reconciling client and insurer accounts and resolving complex discrepancies
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate financial operations
Ensuring internal controls and processes are followed across all IBA functions
Preparing monthly reports for senior management
Continuously reviewing and improving IBA procedures
