S/4 Hana Programme Manager - Hybrid - SC Cleared
We are seeking an experienced and security-cleared S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA implementation programme within a secure environment. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformations and navigating stakeholder environments that require UK Government Security Clearance (SC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
* Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
* Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
* Act as the primary interface between the business, technology teams, and external partners.
* Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements, particularly within a secure and regulated environment.
* Coordinate data migration, change management, and user training activities.
* Oversee cutover planning and business readiness for go-live and post-go-live support.
* Report programme progress to executive sponsors, steering committees, and relevant government or regulatory bodies.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Active SC Clearance - must be currently valid.
* Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes (end-to-end life cycle).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (eg, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
* Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments (eg, Public Sector, Defence, or similar).
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strong project governance, financial management, and reporting experience.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and third-party vendors.
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications:
* SAP certifications (eg, SAP Activate, S/4HANA Solution Architect).
* PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP certification.
* Previous experience working with UK Government or Defence organisations.
