Job Description This senior position is responsible for leading the organic social media strategy across all channels and markets for a fast-growing consumer brand. Managing a small team, the Senior Organic Social Media Manager will set processes, KPIs, and strategy for organic social execution, ensuring growth across current and emerging platforms. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative leadership, and performance analysis - building engagement, driving customer acquisition, and supporting wider marketing and commercial goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the postholder will shape how the brand’s story is told across social media and ensure consistency of tone, message, and execution. Key Requirements * Proven experience managing organic social media for a high-growth or challenger brand * Strong understanding of multi-channel social strategy and audience segmentation * Analytical skills for interpreting performance data and reporting against KPIs * Experience in creating strategies to support customer acquisition and retention * Commercial awareness and understanding of business objectives and P&L * Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team * Confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels * Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset * Attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure * Experience with Shopify Plus or Klaviyo (desirable) * Interest in social trends, digital innovation, and skincare or beauty (desirable) Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and execution of the organic social strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) * Manage and develop a team of two to deliver high-quality, on-brand content * Set and track KPIs for all organic social activity in collaboration with the Head of Marketing * Align organic social strategy with influencer, paid, and community initiatives * Manage budgets for creative and asset production, overseeing shoots and content creation * Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and creative output across all touchpoints * Analyse performance data, providing actionable insights and continuous optimisation * Support DTC customer acquisition through engaging, results-driven organic content * Oversee copywriting for all organic social channels, maintaining brand voice and alignment * Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment * Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the social media team * Contribute to overall business direction, representing social within marketing and trading meetings Benefits * Senior leadership role with autonomy to shape social strategy and team direction * Opportunity to work with a high-growth, consumer-focused brand * Exposure to global markets across the UK, US, and Australia * Blend of strategic, creative, and analytical responsibilities * Collaborative culture within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment * Competitive salary and benefits package
