About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Support the IT Department with ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
•Act as a point of contact in answering the phone and self-service enquiries that come through to the Service Desk
•Assist with updating and maintaining the team documentation
•Assist with resolving technical hardware and software issues
•Assist the Service Delivery Manager in producing statistics for monthly team meetings
•Support the IT department in the roll out of projects and support project queries.
Requirements
Qualifications
•Minimum of five GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above including ICT, English and Maths.•Technical knowledge of IT systems
•Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and internet to an intermediate level
•Good prioritising, time management and planning skills
•Proactive in resolving issues and efficient at solving problems
•Demonstrates a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
