Overview
Insurance Account Handler based in Norwich. Monday to Friday (no weekends). Basic salary relative to experience with a generous bonus structure. Benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.
Responsibilities
* Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships and addressing queries as they arise.
* Provide excellent customer service and contribute to sales through relationship-building with clients.

* Experience in the Insurance industry is essential.
* Ability to bring your best self to work to give clients the best possible experience.
* Proactive with initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Willingness to learn and curiosity; opportunities to gain qualifications in the industry are available.
* Confidence to work with clients on the phone and face to face; experience in customer service is important.
* Team-oriented, positive, collaborative, resilient to changes, and able to adapt; the role can be varied.
* Honesty and integrity, essential within a financially regulated organisation.
