We’re looking for a Product Owner to work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver applications. As part of a collaborative delivery team, you’ll work alongside Scrum Masters and developers to create bespoke solutions that support and evolve Bupa Dental Care’s strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Own and deliver the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, ensuring it aligns to business priorities
2. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver product solutions
3. Lead the creation and management of data models, including defining key data entities and standards
4. Build and prioritise a value-led backlog, translating requirements into epics, features and user stories
5. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
6. Set up and embed effective processes for stakeholder engagement, testing and feedback
7. Ensure robust change management, assessing the impact of new features on existing processes
8. Communicate progress, priorities and value clearly to stakeholders, addressing feedback and concerns
9. Build strong relationships across the business to support successful delivery
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working
What you’ll bring:
11. Experience owning and delivering product roadmaps and backlogs in a delivery-focused environment
12. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
13. Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and features
14. Good understanding of user testing, analytics and measuring value through KPIs
15. Experience working in Agile teams (e.g. Scrum, user stories, sprint ceremonies)
16. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in complex environments
17. Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities
18. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
19. Experience with dental or healthcare systems (e.g. Practice Management Systems)
20. Experience across different project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
21. Commercial experience in sectors such as healthcare, insurance or similar
