The workday can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily lives, making a positive, immeasurable impact.

Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-in) on a one on, two off or two on, four off basis.
The young people in our care are aged 8-18 years with behavioral and emotional needs.
A day in the life of a Senior Team Leader may include:
* Leading shifts and deputizing for the Registered Manager
* Ensuring team members are up-to-date with mandatory training and supporting their development
* Communicating with the team about care plans and their implementation
* Maintaining accurate records for monitoring and evaluation
* Participating in team and staff meetings
* Providing support and care to young people
* Encouraging educational engagement and supporting re-entry into education
* Traveling with young people to and from school or college
* Preparing meals and maintaining the home environment
* Organizing and facilitating social activities

Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* 12 months experience in a residential setting is desirable but not essential
* DBS and reference checks in line with regulations and safer recruitment practices
