Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Early Years Officer for a local authority client in North London. In this role, you will support young children's development through engaging early education in a safe and inclusive environment. Duties: Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning activities following the EYFS framework. Support each child's development through observation, assessment, and tailored guidance. Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience working with children in an early years setting. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Experience building positive relationships with children and families. Understanding of safeguarding and child development best practices.
