Position Summary:
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing and multi-trade maintenance services within occupied social housing properties. Day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Performing routine and emergency plumbing repairs
2. Responding to maintenance requests from residents and housing officers
3. Completing all work to strict quality and safety standards
4. Identifying and diagnosing issues during property inspections
5. Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project completion
What We’re Looking For:
6. Solid plumbing experience, ideally within domestic or social housing environments
7. NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (essential)
8. Multi-trade ability preferred (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, plastering)
9. Strong communication and customer service skills
10. Full UK driving licence
