Your Role
Capgemini Invent is hiring proven Life Sciences leaders to drive transformational change for our clients and their customers, particularly in Pharma & MedTech. As part of the sector leadership team, you will help set a visionary direction, maximize market opportunities, lead strategy delivery, develop our team, and position our offerings for positive outcomes. We seek individuals with experience selling consulting services and building CXO relationships within the Life Sciences sector.
We are expanding our focus on MedTech and are seeking a Director with domain experience in medical devices and technologies that improve patient care. This role will contribute to the overall Life Sciences sector performance, with a focus on growing our MedTech business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting strategic direction for MedTech, inspiring growth, modeling company values, and coaching team members.
* Utilizing deep sector and consulting expertise to assist clients in areas like Enterprise Transformation, Healthcare Integration, R&D, Device Commercialization, and Connected Health.
* Applying practical knowledge of Medical Devices across categories such as Diagnostics, Remote Monitoring, Procedures, and Wearables.
* Leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, and achieving strategic ambitions.
* Growing key MedTech accounts and developing C-suite relationships.
* Building team capability through recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
* Becoming a thought leader in the MedTech sector and understanding the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Additional activities include:
* Business development through proposals, bids, and client events.
* Collaborating across Capgemini Group to enhance sector growth and offerings.
* Contributing to internal initiatives like campaigns, whitepapers, and practice development.
* Engaging in learning and development opportunities.
Your Profile
* Strong consulting and personal skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
* Experience in a major consulting firm or industry, with success in a matrixed organization.
* Proven proposition building and delivery skills.
* Business development experience with a target of generating approximately £2m in consulting revenues.
