Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be trained and coached on how to be identify and attracting top talent for our clients while building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will develop expertise in lead generation, relationship management, and effective communication.
I am keen to talk with any candidate who is interested in beginning a career in recruitment, would be comfortable with sales and being on the telephone and very comfortable with Social Media.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
* Utilise social media management tools to enhance candidate outreach and engagement.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the ATS.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads and expand the client base.
* Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and processes.
* Provide guidance to candidates throughout the application process, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Any experience of sales, particularly phone based sales would be a advantage
* Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

This role would suit any candidate who has an interest in beginning a career in recruitment, would be comfortable in a sales environment and is within easy commute of Bedworth as this role does require 5 days/wk on site.

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
