£35,374 - £41,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily routines are followed, including preparing young people for school, helping with homework, and planning activities.
* Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings.
* Build relationships based on understanding each young person's needs, personality, and potential.

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 each, plus attendance allowance, regional allowance, welcome bonus, and loyalty bonus.
