Job Description
As a Clinical Negligence Associate your duties will includeL
3. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
4. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on clinical negligence matters.
5. Conduct thorough case investigations, including reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts.
6. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
7. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate.
8. Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions when necessary.
9. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
10. Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Clinical Negligence Associate should have between 3-9 years experience of dealing with clinical negligence matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
