Ocado is looking for a Finance Business Partner to manage P&L spend across CFC (Customer Fulfilment Centre), GMDC (General Merchandise Distribution Centre), and Zoom Labour. In this high-profile role, you’ll play a key part in driving financial insight, cost control, and decision-making across the logistics business.
As our Finance Business Partner you will:
Manage Labour Costs: You will spend approximately 60% of your time managing labour costs and 40% partnering with General Managers at CFC to understand and control their costs.
End-to-End P&L Management: Oversee the annual budget and forecast process, providing clear insight and commentary to senior leadership.
Variance Analysis: Conduct month-end processes, interpret account postings, and present insightful variance analysis.
Business Partnering: Lead reviews with CFC General Managers, helping to set targets, track risks, and drive actionable chang...
