Programme Overview: Starting in September 2025, this programme will place you in a supportive secondary school in the Bournemouth area, working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during your first year. You’ll work closely with experienced educators and gain invaluable insight into the teaching profession. Following this initial year, successful candidates will be supported to progress onto a salaried teacher training route, starting in September 2026, with the goal of earning a PGCE and QTS.
