Our client is growing their commercial team and hiring two Strategic Sales Development Managers to help drive the next phase of growth across the UK & Ireland. This isnt a high-volume call centre role. Its a structured, commercially focused position for someone who wants to build a serious career in B2B sales. Youll focus on developing high-quality sales opportunities for our fleet safety and video telematics platform technology that helps organisations reduce incidents, protect drivers and vehicles, and improve insurance and operational performance. What Youll Be Doing Building target account lists within key sectors Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn with research-led messaging Speaking with Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, H&S leaders, and business owners Running structured discovery conversations around safety risk, insurance exposure, theft prevention, and efficiency Qualifying opportunities and booking well-prepared meetings for senior sales Keeping Salesforce CRM up to date Representing the business professionally at relevant sector events Your performance will be measured on the quality of opportunities you create not just activity levels. Who Were Looking For 24 years experience in B2B sales or a commercial role Confidence speaking with senior operational stakeholders A structured, disciplined approach to building pipeline Comfort with outbound outreach (without relying on scripts) Ambition to progress into a Business Development Manager role Experience in fleet, transport, CCTV, insurance, or risk-led industries is helpful but not essential.
