Job Overview
What you need to do the job: Our current PCOs come from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience isn't necessary; what matters is your commitment to making a difference. You'll learn during a 5 1/2-week training course and through support from experienced colleagues.
Ideally, you’ll have a valid driver’s license, be reasonably fit, and possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. The role requires responsibility, vigilance, and professionalism in handling challenging situations.
You will play an essential role in the judicial process, ensuring justice is administered safely and securely. This role may appeal to those interested in criminology or psychology.

Additional Information
All roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Employment offers are subject to Ministry of Justice Enhanced Level 2 checks, including DBS (Adult & Child Barring) and satisfactory references.
Eligibility Requirements: This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Candidates must have:
* At least two years remaining on current visa
* Lived in the UK for at least one year (necessary for vetting, requiring a recognized professional to confirm your identity)
