Job Title: Franchise Sales and Recruitment

Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire – Hybrid-working with opportunities for travel (UK)

Travel: Several events during calendar year / Prospective lead visits

Salary: £28,000. Plus, Bonus Scheme and Travel Expenses

Hours: Full-time

About babyballet

babyballet is a multi-award-winning pre-school dance franchise with a reputation for excellence. With over 100 franchises across the UK and internationally, we provide fun, engaging, and inclusive dance classes to over 20,000 children each week. Our vision is to share the joy of dance with young children, promoting movement, creativity, and confidence.

We are on a mission to expand our franchise network and are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Franchise Sales and Recruitment. This role involves finding and nurturing potential franchisees and guiding them through the journey of joining the babyballet family.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and source applicants through various channels, including digital and in-person pursuits.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead contact through to franchise agreement sign-off, ensuring a seamless experience for all prospective franchisees.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing them with relevant information and support at each stage of the process to secure their commitment to babyballet.
* Franchise Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality franchisees who align with babyballet's values and vision.
* Franchisee Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments to ensure that prospective franchisees meet the qualifications and fit the babyballet brand culture.
* Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing department to ensure a consistent and targeted approach to recruitment marketing, including website updates, email campaigns, and advertising.
* Event Representation: Attend exhibitions, dance events and other recruitment events to actively promote the babyballet franchise opportunity. The ideal candidate must be confident at presenting and comfortable delivering one and one and to larger audiences.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on the recruitment process, performance against targets, and insights into the franchise recruitment market.
* Development: Strive to continually develop babyballet's processes and techniques, including the use of AI technology, incorporating a forward-thinking approach.

Wider Responsibilities:

The Franchise Sales Role is also responsible for managing business resales at babyballet. As well as encouraging and supporting expansions for existing franchisees where appropriate.

The role is integral to the growth of babyballet and spreading the magic to more destinations across the UK with a goal to reach market saturation.

Person Specification:

* Proven experience in franchise recruitment or sales roles, preferably within a similar franchise or licensing environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with prospective franchisees.
* Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospective franchisees in a timely and professional manner.
* A passion for the babyballet brand and a deep understanding of its ethos and values.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of the franchise industry and its regulations.
* Experience in digital marketing and lead generation tactics, including using CRM systems.
* Enthusiasm for dance, education, or children's activities is an advantage.
