Role
* Due to ongoing growth, this is an opportunity to join a core practice of a leading UK firm. Working as part of a national team, this role would offer a suitable candidate an opportunity to develop a commercial property practice with support
* This office has seen fantastic growth that now offers a strong and stable platform for a locally focussed, experienced Real Estate Partner
* With flexibility as to the skill set of the joining individual, there is an opportunity to join a growing local team with a broad regional reach without stipulation as to work load
You
* A driven and self motivated, experienced real estate lawyer with considerable interest or experience in the Kent market
* Ideally 10+ PQE experience and commitment to developing the regional practice (working closely with the London and firm-wide practice).
* A strong communicator and collaborator, you will ideally demonstrate a long-standing interest in driving growth.
* Capable of leadership and experienced in team management
