Car Sales Executive required in Poole

We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to become a vital part of our client’s successful team in Poole, Dorset. In this role, you will work Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis and benefit from a realistic, uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £60,000 or more. Your Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
11. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle and product sales targets
12. Maximise profitability through GAP, Warranty, and Finance products
13. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty
14. Educate customers on options, accessories, warranties, and finance options
15. Maintain industry-leading standards of customer care
16. Stay informed about all products, offers, and key vehicle features
What We’re Looking For in a Car Sales Executive:
17. Proven ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines
18. Experience in car sales preferred but not essential
19. Excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills
20. Confident in working within regulatory and process-driven environments
21. Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups
22. Initiative to prospect and convert opportunities
23. Valid UK Driving Licence
24. Right to work in the UK
