As an Art Teacher, your role will include:
* Delivering engaging and thought-provoking Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5
* Inspiring students to explore a range of techniques and develop their individual artistic style
* Organising and curating exhibitions and displays of student work
* Participating in enrichment programmes, art clubs, and community outreach projects
* Contributing to curriculum development and cross-departmental arts initiatives
* Using a variety of assessment methods to monitor and support student progress
* Collaborating with colleagues in the Art and Design faculty
The successful Art Teacher will:
* Hold QTS or PGCE in Art & Design
* Have a strong subject background and up-to-date knowledge of contemporary and traditional practices
* Be committed to delivering inclusive, ambitious art education
* Demonstrate a collaborative and imaginative teaching approach
