What You’ll Do
* Handle new business enquiries — both inbound and outbound — providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
* Conduct thorough fact-finds and present clear, compliant recommendations aligned with customer needs.
* Manage mid-term adjustments (MTAs) efficiently, maintaining complete and auditable records.
* Lead renewal processes, reviewing suitability, re-marketing policies, and ensuring customers receive fair value and continuity of cover.
* Consistently uphold FCA standards and the Consumer Duty, delivering the best possible customer outcomes.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and partners through field appointments and industry events.
* Maintain accurate MI and system records, sharing insights to help improve customer experience and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in commercial or motor trade insurance (road risk and/or combined policies).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field appointments.
* Strong sales and customer service skills with a confident, professional telephone manner.
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
* Working knowledge of FCA compliance and Consumer Duty requirements.
* A proactive, honest, and resilient attitude — with a passion for doing right by the customer.
