Purpose of the Role The Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting ESCATEC’s global marketing activities through the creation of clear, engaging, and customer‑focused content. Working closely with the Director of Corporate Marketing, this role helps strengthen brand awareness, communicates ESCATEC’s design and manufacturing capabilities, and provides the business development team with high‑quality materials that support their conversations with potential customers. This is a highly varied and hands‑on position, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who has experience in a technical B2B environment and is ready to take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will create multi‑platform content — written, visual, and video — and support the planning, coordination, and execution of targeted campaigns across ESCATEC’s global operations. The position may involve occasional travel to ESCATEC facilities to support content creation, campaigns, and collaboration with international teams. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for blogs, case studies, websites, newsletters, social media, and campaigns. Produce and adapt short‑form social content, including captions and basic visuals. Support simple video content (storyboards, scripts, filming and editing coordination). Work with internal experts to turn technical information into clear, customer‑focused messaging. Maintain the marketing content calendar and support multi‑channel campaigns. Create sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures, and collateral. Support social media scheduling, basic website updates, and consistent brand use. Assist with trade shows, events, and management of marketing assets. Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement. Skills & Experience Required 1–3 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment. Strong writing skills with professional examples. Experience creating content across written, visual, and video formats. Video editing and basic graphic design skills. Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Working knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B marketing channels. Desirable Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic CMS or website editing experience. Exposure to electronics or EMS industries. Personal Qualities Curious, proactive, and keen to learn. Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and locations. Self‑motivated with a desire to develop marketing skills. Willing to travel to ESCATEC group sites when required.
