We are seeking a skilled lathe operator to work on behalf of our client. This role is on a Temp to Perm basis. The candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience operating CNC lathes. Experience on an XYZ machine would be ideal, but not required. Responsibilities Operate CNC, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce components according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD designs to understand project requirements. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a skilled CNC Machinist within a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. Flexibility and a can do attitude are essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: £28,820.65-£36,000.00 per year. This will be processed weekly, not monthly.
