Duties And Responsibilities
* Keep goods in/out inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records up to date using the WMS.
* Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues; work in coldstore area with PPE.
* Perform product ID verification, cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories.
* Check stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorised substitutes, and reference catalogues to verify shipping accuracy.
* Identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
* Handle new goods in/out booking requests via Outlook and telephone.
Who We're Looking For
* Previous experience of stock control.
* Prior experience with WMS (Connect & AS400 desirable); willingness to learn.
* Computer literate, confident with Microsoft packages & Outlook.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Confident communicator face‑to‑face and telephone.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Own vehicle for site travel.
