Shifts: Nights Monday : Thursday x 4 10 hour shifts
What You Will Do
* Install and maintain all electro:mechanical and electrical plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
* Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
* Conduct fault finding and repairs, enhancing the reliability of production processes.
* Use various types of testing equipment to locate and remedy faults, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
What You Will Bring
* A minimum level 3 qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, coupled with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
* Apprenticeship served
* A strong commitment to safety, with experience in health and safety best practices.
* Experience and knowledge of motors, pneumatics and fabrication.
* Excellent team‑playing skills, communication abilities, and a flexible approach to work.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
You will have current or previous experience working as a multi‑skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, mechanical engineer, maintenance engineer, automation engineer, or maintenance technician.
