What Youll Do
One-to-one support with daily routines, hobbies, education and social activities
Encourage independence and confidence-building
Be part of a supportive, welcoming team
Help young adults achieve goals like moving into their first home, studying, or making friends
What We Offer
£13.40 per hour (weekday shifts, enhanced pay for weekends/nights)
Regular weekday hours (9.30am 4.00pm, MonFri)
Full training + recognised care certificates (no experience needed)

About You
Were looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, reliable and empathetic
* Local to Lewes, West Sussex
* Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Has an Enhanced DBS (within 6 months) or on the DBS Update Service
(Previous care experience helpful, but not essential well train you!)
