You’ll work as part of a supportive team and be supported by your line manager and skills coach to develop the knowledge & skills required. Main Duties: To proactively work to the Sales team processes and procedures in order to complete finance documentation correctly and compliantly. To prepare and issue all finance documentation for the customer and the motor dealer that is required for finance pay-out including the request for proofs. Quality check all completed and required documentation and package the deal ready for pay-out and conversion Bring an excellent customer service and high levels of communication to both internal colleagues and external customers and motor dealers. Maintaining the Dealer Database Complete Customer Validation calls to confirm customer identification To accurately record documentation issued, received and still outstanding To regularly chase documentation to ensure it is received correctly and in a timely manner. Undertake outbound calls to customers and dealers to keep everyone informed of progress, manage expectations, and chase the return of appropriate documentation. Respond promptly to emails and inbound calls from customers and dealers. To keep Sales Executives up to date with deal pay-out and conversion. To update internal systems with accurate notes each time tasks and activities have been completed.
