Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Macclesfield for a Protection Specialist. The Protection Specialist will assist clients in finding tailored insurance solutions by assessing their needs, providing professional advice, and guiding them through the entire insurance application process. Additional responsibilities include delivering exemplary customer service, coordinating with insurance providers, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of various insurance products to cater to diverse profiles. The successful candidate will also contribute to training sessions and company initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
Qualifications
2 years experience in a protection advisor role with a track record of exceeding targets
