Unify HQ are currently recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well-established company based in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis. My client is looking for an experienced individual who can manage their own ledger of approx. 80-90 accounts. The Role: * Processing high-volume credit notes and invoices * Ensuring invoices are processed and match to a GRN in time for the payment run * Bank and supplier statement reconciliations * Prepare payments within deadlines for weekly/monthly BACS runs * Assist in month end process and year end Ideal Candidate: * Experience within a similar role * Strong IT skills including VLOOKUP’s and Pivots * Can work using their own initiative and be pro-active in problem solving * Previously worked within a fast-paced environment Benefits: * Competitive salary * Onsite parking * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Company pension If you wish to discuss this role in more depth, please contact Zoe Jones or apply now!
