What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and support engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs
* Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
* Make full use of the nursery's outdoor learning environments, including the woodland area and growing garden
* Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
* Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
