Your areas of responsibilities:
1. Be the expert in your product field
2. Be able to promote and provide brand emersion training
3. Plan effectively visit cycles that consider demographics and opportunity
4. Visit retail stores to provide and action:
5. Detailed product training
6. Merchandising to agreed brand guidelines
7. Solve customer queries. Install company Point of Sale (POS)
8. Maintain high level of cleanliness for all company products and POS
9. Report back to head quarter competitive activity in terms of product launches and brand activations
10. Record data from visits
11. Leverage relationships to gain additional listings by encouraging store staff to persuade buying teams on product assortment
12. Using Company Sales numbers (Sales in (Board) and EPOS sales out data) to target areas of focus and attention/share success stories
13. Possibly (If territory requires) be responsible for a selection of smaller Independent stores from a sales perspective as well as above activities
Your profile of qualification:
14. A level or equivalent qualification
15. Ambitious with energy to drive the brand
16. Ability to plan journey cycles efficiently
17. Full clean driving license
18. Strong interpersonal skills
19. Willing to travel and stay away during the week
20. Strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
22. Attention to detail, Strong communication skills in English
23. Experience with Microsoft Office
24. Independent way of working
