We are now seeking an outstanding Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation and drive the next phase of our growth.

The Opportunity
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of front-of-house performance, team development, and guest experience. You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen service standards, maximise profitability, and cultivate a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the front-of-house team
Drive a culture of service excellence and accountability
Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth, efficient service
Manage rotas, labour control, and cost efficiency
Monitor GP, stock control, and supplier relationships
Lead recruitment, training, and performance development
Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations
Build strong guest relationships and handle escalated feedback professionally
Support marketing initiatives and revenue growth strategies
About You
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a quality-driven, high-volume environment
Strong commercial acumen (labour cost control, GP, budgeting)
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team engagement
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Professional presence and attention to detail
