Y6 SATS Interventions Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Y6 SATS Interventions Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at South Lancaster School. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, looking for temporary part-time hours.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Work 1:2:1 and in small groups to provide targeted support in preparation for Y6 SATS.
* Implement intervention strategies that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Monitor and assess the progress of students, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximise effectiveness.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff to align intervention strategies with the main curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
* Proven experience in a similar role, focusing on interventions and student support.
* Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Friendly and professional demeanour.
