About the Role
You’ll provide day-to-day HR support across the firm, assisting with the full employee lifecycle and helping to drive forward HR initiatives and best practice. Working in partnership with the HR Manager, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including:
* Recruitment, onboarding, and training & development
* Retention and reward strategies
* Performance management and appraisals
* Employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary issues
* Supporting on proactive HR projects and strategic initiatives
You’ll also benefit from the close collaboration between the HR and Employment Law teams, ensuring access to expert advice and guidance where needed.
About You
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently studying towards this)
* Proven HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally
