As a Project Management Office Lead at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator Program, you will be central to this venture, focusing on translating innovative ideas into customer solutions. You should have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and be passionate about new technology. You are solution-oriented, commercially savvy, and have a keen interest in fintech. You will work within tribes and squads focused on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them based on your strengths and interests.

Job Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage organizational project and governance processes across teams
* Own and operate project management processes
* Promote delivery discipline within a rapidly scaling team in a new venture
* Develop and maintain the program roadmap and governance framework
* Manage program reporting, risks, and blockers
* Communicate with senior stakeholders across product, technology, operations, and compliance
* Facilitate organizational ceremonies and coordinate business updates
* Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Technology, and Domain Leads
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Proven experience in technology project/program management, working with product teams to deliver digital products in complex environments
* Hands-on software development experience, familiarity with SDLC and technology architecture
* Experience in building and leading effective teams
* Practiced in agile and lean methodologies, able to adapt frameworks to meet needs
* Experience navigating organizational governance for product delivery
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft products (GitHub, Office, SharePoint)
