We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on B2B marketing. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing campaigns, enhancing our clients online presence, and driving engagement through effective communication and analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website.
* Oversee project management for various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
* Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic design needs related to marketing materials.
* Execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and conversion rates.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
* Manage social media accounts, creating engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
* Prepare reports using Canva to present findings and recommendations to clients and shareholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools for optimising online content.
* 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to analyse data critically and make informed decisions based on insights gained from various metrics.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing for effective collaboration across teams.
