Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
* Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, handling reservations, payments, and inquiries.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist guests with any special requests or concerns during their stay, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in the hotel management system.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Uphold cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
* Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
* A friendly disposition with a strong customer service orientation.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
