This role focuses on both developing new business (40%) and managing existing accounts (60%), targeting independent convenience stores, symbol groups (Nisa, Spar, Londis, Best One), and forecourts (MFG, Euro Garages). Categories: Personal, Home, Hardware, Kitchen, Stationery, Audio/Mobile, Baby, Vaping, Party, Pet Care, Seasonal. Key Responsibilities: * Acquire new business and onboard accounts to ensure retention. * Grow sales within existing customers using data-led opportunities. * Drive category development and increase share of wallet. * Meet individual and team revenue/profit targets. * Build strong customer relationships and influence decision-makers. Requirements: * Proven sales/account management experience in FMCG. * Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship skills. * Resilient, self-motivated, results-driven with a “can-do” attitude. * Full UK driving licence.
