As our Bartender, you will be crafting our cocktails and signature drinks and using your spirit knowledge to provide the best experience for our patrons.
Where are we located? Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your Day At Aqua
* Creativity: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages & be part of a creative team
* Customer service excellence: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.80 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
