Stores Operative
(FLT Counterbalance licence required)
£12.98 per hour
Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1630 and Friday 0600 - 1430
40 hours per week
Our client is the leader in modular accommodation in the UK and around the world. They are looking for an experienced Stores Operative to assist with the goods receiving, safe storage and issue of materials to operatives.
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
The role involves:
* Receipt of and checking goods in, ensuring delivered in good condition
* Off load vehicles using mechanical handling equipment
* Organise, sort and manage stock levels
* Chase late delivery/missing goods
* Maintain stock records and stock take
* Operate Counterbalance B1 Forklift
* Supply materials to General Operatives as required
* Ensure goods are stored in a safe and acceptable manner
Experience and requirements:
* Previous experience in a stores role
* FLT Counterbalance Licence
* Good stock control experience
* Previous experience using Business Central system
* Excellent communication skills
