Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ATS tools to track applications and candidate progress. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication skills and regular engagement. Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilise systems to update candidate information accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources to optimise recruitment efforts. Lead generation through diverse channels including social media management and networking events to identify potential candidates. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within human resources or related fields. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike. Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable. Experience with social media management for talent sourcing purposes. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management within a fast-paced environment. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
