Construction / Fit-Out Project Manager
London | On-Site (5 Days Per Week) | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium, multi-site consumer business as they continue to expand their physical footprint across London.
This is a pivotal hire with genuine ownership, visibility and impact from day one. Working directly with the Founder and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring new locations are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind spreadsheets and manage from afar. We are looking for a hands-on operator with a founder mentality — someone prepared to do whatever it takes to get sites open, solve problems quickly and maintain momentum.
The Role
* Lead end-to-end delivery of new site fit-outs and openings
* Manage contractors, suppliers and build programmes on a daily basis
* Drive pace, accountability and execution across multiple live projects
* Ensure every site is delivered to a consistently high standard
* Identify and remove roadblocks before they impact timelines
* Control budgets and drive cost efficiencies where appropriate
* Oversee facilities, maintenance and operational readiness across the estate
* Coordinate procurement, logistics, equipment installation and supplier management
* Support the wider leadership team on all physical estate-related matters
* Be regularly present on-site to ensure quality, standards and progress
What We're Looking For
* Experience delivering retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare or multi-site fit-out projects
* Strong project management and contractor management experience
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* A highly proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
* Commercially minded with strong budget and procurement experience
* Someone who takes ownership and sees projects through to completion
* Willingness to be on-site five days per week and travel between locations as required
* A genuine builder mentality with high standards and attention to detail
